Eng. Senate Bill No. 578 – “A BILL to amend and reenact §11-13-2o of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to adjusting the calculation of business and occupation tax on the business of generating, producing, or selling electricity from solar energy facilities; defining terms and establishing the taxable generating capacity for certain generating units utilizing solar photovoltaic methods.”
