Senator Trump moved to amend the Senate Judiciary amendment on page nine, section two, line ninety-one, after the word “not” by inserting “it is likely that deterioration will occur without clinically necessary treatment, or”;

On page nine, section two, line one hundred ten, after the word “agreement.” by adding “At the conclusion of the hearing, the magistrate, mental hygiene commissioner, or circuit court judge shall find and enter an order stating whether or not it is likely that deterioration will occur without clinically necessary treatment, or there is probable cause to believe that the individual, as a result of mental illness or substance use disorder, is likely to cause serious harm to himself or herself or others.”;

On page eleven, section two, line one hundred fifty-four after the word “placement.” By adding “Outpatient treatment will be based upon a plan jointly prepared by the department and the comprehensive community mental health center or licensed behavioral health provider.

On page twenty-three, section four, line one hundred sixty-six, after the word “area” by inserting the following “as evidenced by a discharge and treatment plan jointly developed by the department and the comprehensive community mental health center or licensed behavioral health provider”

On page twenty-nine, section twelve, line three, after the word “Institute,” by inserting “Prosecuting Attorney’s Association,”.

And,

On page twenty-nine, section twelve, line three, after the word “Services,” by inserting “Behavioral Health Providers Association,”
