Delegate Summers moved to amend the amendment to the bill on page 1, section 29, subsection (a), line 8-9, by striking out all language after “vehicles” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

and law enforcement and emergency response vehicles, including, but not limited to, on-duty police officers or troopers, ambulances certified by the Office of Emergency Medical Services, and fire trucks certified by the State Fire Marshall.
