Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 564 -- “A Bill to amend and reenact §5-16B-6d of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §9-5-12 of said code, all relating to expanding certain insurance coverages for pregnant women; expanding who is eligible to receive certain Medicaid services; expanding who is eligible to receive certain services through the Children’s Health Insurance Program; providing the minimum services are to be covered; and providing an effective date.
