HB3144 HFA Bates, Rowe and Longstreth 2-26

                Delegates Bates, Rowe and Longstreth move to amend the bill on page 15, Section 7, line 3, by following the words “of this code,” by inserting the following: “and any local, state or federal tax or fee,”;

And,

On page 14, Section 7, line 6, following the words “of this state,” by inserting the following “or of the appropriate federal agency or court,”;

                And,

                On page 14, Section 7, line 7, following the words “plan agreement” by inserting a period and striking out the words “with the Tax Commissioner.”
