Senator Lindsay moved to amend the bill on page twenty-one, section sixteen, line two, by striking out 15, and inserting in lieu thereof, 16;

And,

On page twenty-three, section seventeen, after line twenty, by inserting a new subdivision, designated subdivision (3), to read as follows:

(3) The remaining one percent of the licensee’s adjusted gross interactive wagering receipts will be divided pro rata based on relative adjusted gross receipts from the individual licensed racetracks of and on behalf of all employees of each licensed racing association, into a special fund to be established by the Racing Commission to be used for payment into the pension plan for all employees of each licensed racing association.
