            Delegate Cowles moves to amend the bill on page 3, section 12a, line 44 following the word “racetrack” by striking the word “may” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“located on an island in the Ohio River, may, for a period of five years,”

            And,

            On page 4, section 12, line 34 following the word “racetrack” by striking the word “may” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“located on an island in the Ohio River, may, for a period of five years,”

            And,

            On page 15, section 8, line 121 following the word “racetrack” striking the word “may” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“located on an island in the Ohio River, may, for a period of five years,”
