                Delegate Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page 2, Section 46g, line 42, following the period, by inserting a new subsection to read as follows:

“(i) The Department shall issue the Class VI permit without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, blindness, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.”
