Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 3, line 6, by striking the following, “Certified Nurse Anesthetist” means a person who holds a diploma or certificate evidencing his or her successful completion of the educational program of a school of anesthesia accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists;”
