The Committee on Finance moved to amend the bill on page 3, section 19, line 59, following the words “chapter thirty-three” by striking the words “§8-22-18(b) and §33-3-14(b)” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “§8-22-18b and §33-3-14d”; and

On page 4, section 19, line 82, following the word “§8-22-18b” by striking out “(c)”; and

On page 4, section 19, line 82, following the words “allocable portion of” by striking the words “the Municipal Pensions and Protection Fund or.”
