The Committee on Technology and Infrastructure moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and inserting in lieu therefor a new title, to read as follows:

S. B. 297 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §17B-2-12 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to extension of the expiration of drivers licenses for members of the Armed Forces of the United States and their spouses upon a member’s separation from active duty; extending the date of expiration of drivers licenses for members and  spouses of members to not less than six months from the date of the member’s separation.”
