The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page one, section one, line five, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendment:

On page forty-two, section 11.8.1., by striking out all of the first sentence of this paragraph and inserting a new beginning sentence to read as follows:

11.8.1. The Secretary may deny, revoke, or suspend a license issued pursuant to this rule if any of the provisions set forth in sections 11.8.2. a-k are violated.
