The Committee on the Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page two, section twelve-b, lines thirty-nine and forty, by striking out the words “That the operator of an RSU shall maintain a physical location in this state: Provided, however,”;

And,

On page two, section twelve-b, line forty, after “ATM” by inserting “or RSU”.
