Delegate Cadle moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 2, line 11, following the word “severed” by striking out the word “coal” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “mineral”;

On page 3, section 3, line 5, following the word “severed” by striking out the word “coal” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “mineral”;

And,

On page 3, section 3, beginning on line 6 by striking out subsection (d) in its entirety and re-lettering remaining subsections (e) and (f) to (d) and (e), respectively.
