The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 15, line 15, by striking out the words “defined by the Development Office that encompasses the areas from Gauley Bridge to Pratt, including the municipalities of Montgomery, Smithers, Pratt and Gauley Bridge” and inserting in lieu thereof the following words “historically known as the Upper Kanawha Valley including municipalities and surrounding areas from the Charleston city limits to Gauley Bridge.”
