The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill on page one, section eight-a, line nine, by striking out the words “enumerated in 49 C.F.R. Part §383.3(f)” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: and restrictions set forth in 49 C.F.R. § 383.3(f), including any seasonal periods defined by the commissioner.

(c) The fee for the issuance of a restricted commercial driver’s license pursuant to this section is $10 per seasonal period.
