The Committee on Technology and Infrastructure moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2359 – “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §17E-1-8a relating to providing for a restricted commercial driver’s license for motor vehicle operators employed with a farm related service industry.”
