The Committee on Workforce moved to amend the bill on page one, section seven, line nine, by striking out the words “wages or fringe benefits become payable to the employee:” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “most recent notice, statement, or report of the missed payable, wage, or benefit to the employee was received;”

And,

            On page two, section seven, line eighteen, by striking out the word “contrsactor” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “contractor”.
