            Delegates Shott and Lovejoy move to amend the strike and insert on page two, line 38, after the word “limitation,” by inserting the following, “a hospital medical executive committee and/or subcommittee thereof,”;

And,

On page 4, line 27, after the word “confidential” by inserting the words “and privileged”.

And,

On page 4, line 29, after “(1)” by inserting the following, “Nursing home, as referred to in W. Va. Code § 55-7B-          6(e),”.
