Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 350 -- A BILL  to amend and reenact §29-22A-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the elimination of a requirement that the Lottery Commission file racetrack video lottery game rules with the Secretary of State; and requiring the Secretary of State to post a notice on its website that the rules for video lottery games that have been approved by the Lottery Commission are available for review at the office of the commission and provide relevant contact information.
