Senator Palumbo moved to amend the bill on page one, section eleven-a, line twelve, after the word “by”, by inserting the words “the West Virginia Department of Education, the West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission,”;

And,

On page two, section eleven-a, line fourteen, by striking out the words “and has clear signage to that effect”.
