Delegate Cowles moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 7K, lines 13 through 16, by striking the following: “: Provided, That for the purposes of this section, to the extent such behavioral health facilities or residential recovery facilities are reimbursed or receive Medicaid or grant funding, they are not deemed to have required payment from the individual receiving the services”.
