Senator Trump moved to amend the bill on page ten, section one, line seventy-seven, by striking out the word “shall” and inserting the word “may”;

On page ten, section three, line one, by striking out “(1)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(a)”;

On page ten, section three, line three, by striking out “(a)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(1)”;

On page ten, section three, line six, by striking out “(b)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(2)”;

On page ten, section three, line seven, by striking out “(1)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(A)”;

On page ten, section three, line seven, after the word “cannabis” by inserting a comma and the words “unless the Legislature shall approve and authorize a rule promulgated by the bureau that allows medical cannabis to be dispensed to a patient or caregiver in dry leaf and plant forms”;

On page ten, section three, line eight, by striking out “(2)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(B)”;

On page ten, section three, line ten, by striking out “(3)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(C)”;
