On page 10, section three, line 3 by striking out the letter “(a)” and inserting the number “(1)”;

On page 10, section three, line 6 by striking out the letter “(b)” and inserting the number “(2)”;

On page 10, section three, line 7 by striking out the number “(1)” and inserting the letter “(A)”;

On page 10, section three, line 7 after the word “cannabis” and inserting a comma and the words “unless the Legislature shall approve and authorize a rule promulgated by the bureau that allows medical cannabis to be dispensed to a patient or caregiver in dry leaf and plant forms”;
