Delegate Hamrick moves to amend the bill on page two, section three, line twenty-eight, after the word “compensation” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and the following proviso: “Provided, however, That any joint written agreement affecting a regional airport shall require the approval of the regional airport’s governing body to be effective.”
