The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page three, section ten-d, after line fifty-two, by adding a new subsection, designated subsection (g), to read as follows:

“(g) The amendments made to this section during the 2018 Regular Session will be effective July 1, 2019.”

And,

            On page five, section ten-e, after line fifty, by adding a new subsection, designated subsection (f), to read as follows:

“(g) The amendments made to this section during the 2018 Regular Session will be effective July 1, 2019.”
