The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B.  No. 4597 - “A Bill to amend and reenact §4-10-9 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend and reenact §30-1A-3 of said code, all relating to professional and occupational regulation; providing criteria to determine if an occupation or profession should be regulated; providing when an application to establish regulation is prohibited; and providing criteria for regulatory board sunsets.”
