The Committee on Natural Resources moved to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

H. B. 4214 - “A Bill to amend and reenact §19-1A-3a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and to amend and reenact §61-3-35 of said code, all relating to increasing penalties for unlawfully possessing or digging ginseng; relating to certain required records maintained for a transaction involving ginseng; and relating to applying criminal penalties to certain conduct related to digging ginseng.”
