The Committee on Natural Resources moves to amend the bill on page six, section three-a, line one hundred twenty-four, after the word “address,” by inserting the words “a photocopy of a valid photo identification issued by the West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles, any other state, or the federal government,”.

And,

On page eight, in the section heading, by striking out the word “cultivated”.

And,

On page eight, section thirty-five, line one, by striking out the words “cultivated ginseng” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “ginseng, as defined in §19-1-3a of this code”.
