The Committee on Energy moves to amend the bill on page twelve, section seven, line forty-nine, by striking out the word “eighty” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “thirty”.

And,

On page thirteen, section seven, after line sixty-eight by inserting a new subdivision, designated subdivision (4), to read as follows:

“(4) For the purposes of this subsection the qualified investment must be commenced on or after July 1, 2018.”
