The Committee on Agriculture and Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page one, after the article heading, by striking out the remainder of the bill and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Ҥ64-9-1. Commissioner of Agriculture.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 28, 2017, authorized under the authority of §19-2C-3(a) of this code, modified by the Commissioner of Agriculture to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on December 19, 2017, relating to the Commissioner of Agriculture (auctioneers, 61 CSR 11B), is authorized.”
