The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 4, line 16, by striking subdivision (9) and inserting a new subdivision (9) to read as follows”

“(9) Two certified hospice practitioners.

And,

On page 2, section 5, line 2, after the word, “care” by inserting a comma and the words, “hospice and end of life care”.
