The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page three, section three, lines nineteen and twenty, by striking out all of subsection (c) and inserting in lieu thereof a new subsection, designated subsection (c), to read as follows:

(c) The superintendent of schools may not require a physical examination to be included in the application for a work permit.
