Sub. for House Bill 2655--A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §61-3C-14c, relating to creating the offense of cyberbullying of minors; setting forth the essential elements of the offense; defining terms; providing exceptions; and establishing criminal penalties.
