            Senator Carmichael moved to amend the amendment on page six, section four, after the words “$1.5 million for each occurrence” by inserting the words “after July 1, 2015" ;

            And,

            On page seven, section five, by striking out the words “civil actions” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “claims that occur and are”.
