    Delegates Skinner, Ellem, Fleischauer and Hamilton move to amend the Finance Committee amendment as follows:

    On page fifty-eight, section twelve, beginning on line twenty-three, immediately following the word “article” by replacing the colon with a period, and removing the remainder of that sentence through line twenty-six;

    AND

    On page seventy-nine, section four, beginning on line twelve, immediately following the word “code” by replacing the colon with a period, and removing the remainder of subsection (f).
