    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page three, section four, line thirty four, by striking out the word “and” and inserting a new subdivision (7) to read “One representative from a privately owned beauty school licensed in West Virginia; and”

    And,

    On page four, section four, subdivision (7), line thirty five, by striking out “(7)” and inserting in lieu there of “(8)”.
