    The Committee on the Finance moves to amend the bill on page twenty-five, section eighteen, line seven, by inserting a comma and the following:

    “and except in a situation wherein the victim is a juvenile and a forensic exam has been performed on the juvenile indicating that the juvenile may have been the victim of abuse”
