| PER CURIAM:
This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and Respondent's Answer. Claimant seeks to recover $32,275.00 for additional work performed under a contract for repairs to the boiler of a railroad train engine owned by Cass Scenic Railroad, an entity within the Parks and Recreation Section of Respondent. This work was documented by an unpaid invoice. In its Answer, Respondent admits the validity of the claim as well as the amount with respect to the repairs made in the sum of $32,275.00, and states that there were sufficient funds expired in that appropriate fiscal year from which the invoice could have been paid. The Court has determined that the claimant should be awarded the sum of $32,275.00. Award of $32,275.00. |
