Senate Bill 96
was advanced to second reading today on the Senate Floor. Senate Bill 96 would disqualify jurors who have committed a crime that met or exceeded the sentencing of one year, or any crime involving dishonesty or false statement. In addition to Senate Bill 96, 120 other bill were introduced to the Senate floor. Senate Bill 233
would announce legislative rule in regards to mixed martial arts, and Senate Bill 249
relates to air pollution control and solid waste combustion.
