7. House Bill 4087 - Continuing the discontinuance of the severance and business privilege tax on the privilege of severing timber.

Originate a supplementary appropriation bill expiring funds to the unappropriated surplus balance in the State Fund, General Revenue, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012, from the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety to the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety - Division of Corrections by supplementing and amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012.
