Presentation - Steve Dale, Deputy Commissioner, DOT-DOMV and Christy Morris, Deputy Cabinet Secretary WV Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety and Acting Director WV Homeland Security, will update the committee on the current status of Real ID and PASS ID legislation and the status of WV’s current compliance status with Real ID.
4. Presentation - Marvin Murphy, State Highway Engineer, WVDOH - will discuss various issues regarding secondary road repairs, maintenance and funding.
