Delegate Duke addressed the House regarding West Virginia's only brick manufacturing
plant and at the conclusion of his remarks, Delegate Hamilton asked and obtained unanimous
consent that they be printed in the Appendix to the Journal.
Leaves of Absence
At the request of Delegate Boggs, and by unanimous consent, leaves of absence for the day
were granted Delegates Cann, Craig, Skaff and Webster.
