AN ACT making a supplementary appropriation from the balance of
moneys remaining unappropriated for the fiscal year ending
June 30, 2009, to a new item of appropriation designated to
the Department of Agriculture - Land Protection Authority,
fund 8896, fiscal year 2009, organization 1400, by
supplementing and amending chapter ten, Acts of the
Legislature, regular session, 2008, known as the Budget Bill.
WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there remains an
unappropriated balance in the Department of Agriculture - Land
Protection Authority, fund 8896, fiscal year 2009, organization
1400, which are hereby appropriated by the terms of this
supplementary appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That chapter ten, Acts of the Legislature, regular session,
2008, known as the Budget Bill, be supplemented and amended by adding to Title II, section six thereof, the following:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement the accounts in the budget act for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2009, by providing for a new item of appropriation
to be established therein to appropriate funds to the designated
spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year 2009.
