A BILL to repeal §25-1-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Commissioner of the Division of Corrections being responsible to insure all state buildings and property.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


ARTICLE 1. ORGANIZATION, INSTITUTIONS AND CORRECTIONS MANAGEMENT.


§1. Repeal of section relating to state commissioner of public institutions and the insurance of state buildings and property.

That §25-1-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.

 

 

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal outdated code related to the Department of Corrections.
