A BILL to repeal §16-29H-1, §16-29H-2, §16-29H-3, §16-29H-4, §16-29H-5, §16-29H-6, §16-29H-7, §16-29H-8, §16-29H-9 and §16-29H-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Governor’s Office of Health Enhancement and Lifestyle Planning.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

§1. Repeal of article creating the Governor’s Office of Health Enhancement and Lifestyle Planning.

            §16-29H-1, §16-29H-2, §16-29H-3, §16-29H-4, §16-29H-5, §16-29H-6, §16-29H-7, §16-29H-8, §16-29H-9 and §16-29H-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.

            (NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal Article 29H of Chapter 16 of the West Virginia Code, titled “Governor’s Office of Health Enhancement and Lifestyle Planning”.)
