A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §21-1A-9, relating to requiring employers receiving fifty percent of their revenues, or greater, from state funds to remain neutral in union issues, disputes and controversies.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §21-1A-9, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 1A. LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS ACT FOR THE PRIVATE SECTOR.
§21-1A-9. Employers receiving public funds.

Any employer who receives fifty percent of its revenues, or greater, from state funds shall remain neutral in labor union issues, disputes and controversies.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to require employers receiving fifty percent of their revenues or greater from state funds, must remain neutral in labor issues.
