A BILL to repeal §26-6-1 and §26-6-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to Denmar State Hospital.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
§1. Repeal of article relating to Denmar State Hospital.

§26-6-1 and §26-6-2 of the Code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, are hereby repealed.




NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal outdated provisions of the West Virginia Code relating to Denmar State Hospital.

 This bill was recommended for introduction and passage during the 2008 Regular Session of the Legislature by the Legislative Oversight Committee on Regional Jail and Correctional Facility Authority.
