A BILL to repeal §33-11-1, §33-11-2, §33-11-3, §33-11-4, §33-11-4a, §33-11-4b, §33-11-5, §33-11-5a, §33-11-6, §33-11-7, §33-11-8, §33-11-9 and §33-11-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to unfair trade practices.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


§1. Repeal of article related to unfair trade practices.

§33-11-1, §33-11-2, §33-11-3, §33-11-4, §33-11-4a, §33-11-4b, §33-11-5, §33-11-5a, §33-11-6, §33-11-7, §33-11-8, §33-11-9 and §33-11-10 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are hereby repealed.

 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the article of the code related to unfair trade practices.
