A BILL to amend and reenact article 6, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the State Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to volunteer firefighters' training, equipment and operating standards.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
     That article 6, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 6. AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AFFAIRS AND
          PUBLIC SAFETY TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-6-1. State Fire Commission.
     The legislative rule filed in the State Register on the thirty-first day of August, two thousand twelve, authorized under the authority of section five-d, article three, chapter twenty- nine, of this code, modified by the State Fire Commission to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on the twenty-first day of December, two thousand twelve, relating to the State Fire Commission (volunteer firefighters' training, equipment and operating standards,
87 CSR 8 ), is authorized.

     NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the State Fire Commission to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Volunteer Firefighters' Training, Equipment and Operating Standards.
